Paul
LeFebvre – CEO
An entrepreneur in every sense of the word, Paul
LeFebvre has been fueling incredible growth in the print communications
industry for four decades. Paul drives the culture of SPC with
his youthful enthusiasm and relentless energy. Throughout his
career, Paul has remained true to his principle of servicing
the customer. As CEO of SPC, Paul ensures that we are built
to respond, applying our knowledge in a manner indicative of
our collaborative entrepreneurship. |

Adam LeFebvre – President
As President of SPC, it is Adam LeFebvre’s role to ensure the balance
of serving the customer today while improving the value proposition
for both the customer and SPC in the future. Adam has been focused
on achievement throughout his career and ensures that the SPC
team is challenged to continuously improve both our systems
and service offerings. All of this is done with one goal in
mind; providing the customer and SPC employees with the best
possible experience while conducting their business. |

Dustin
LeFebvre – Executive Vice President, Marketing
An analytical and strategic thinker, Dustin LeFebvre shares his vision of SPC
through implementation of initiatives core to the direction of the business.
With a rich background ranging from customer service to quality control, account
management to procurement, estimating to marketing, Dustin has a well-rounded
approach to the direction of SPC. As EVP of Marketing, Dustin is responsible
for strategic planning and direction, working alongside Sales to successfully
promote and execute SPC’s brand promise, and ensuring that it is surpassing client
expectations. |

John Gaspari – Vice President of Manufacturing
John comes to SPC with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, including
all levels of the pressroom. Customer satisfaction is his top
priority, to which end he brings an extensive background in
quality management and quality systems. Additionally, John
has a wealth of experience in direct mail and complex inline
imaging and finishing. |

Jeff Schullo
– Vice President of Administration
Jeff comes to SPC
with a wealth of operational knowledge and 20 plus years of hands on experience
in the Direct Mail segment of the business. In his role as facilitator of process
improvement, he uses all of his experience. Additionally, Jeff oversees all of
the technological needs of the enterprise. His past positions with various service
providers include: Warehouse Manager, Data Processing Manager, General Manager,
and Director of Administration. |

Ann Miller – Controller
On the team since 2006 and Controller since 2007, Ann
Miller brings accounting experience in manufacturing and in services from insurance
to venture capital to not-for-profit. She has worked on streamlining our financial
processes for maximum accuracy and useful reporting. Ann helps to ensure secure
fiscal management so others at SPC can focus on providing the best product for
our customers. |
